COHORT PROGRAM - LESLEY UNIVERSITY |
Lesley University is a national leader in it graduate baccalaureate degree program. For one hundred years it has been a pioneer in education, training teachers in all levels of elementary, secondary and high education. For teachers with a busy schedule and family life, Lesley designed a cohort program that would meet one-week end a month. Over the course of four months students would complete one subject semester course load, and Lesley was so successful that it spread across the country and around the world. The video traveled to Alabama, Nevada, Washington state to interview students and get the unique perspective on how this program helped time challenged teachers to earn their Master and advance degrees.
